More Details

The owner of O Dae San, or "5 Huge Mountains" Restaurant  is into eating healthy herself, so she has agreed to make us special meal according to our standards.  She will be going out of her way to purchase organic produce, especially for us.

The meal will start with sliced duck meat grilled on a table right in front of us, using a special crystal slab which releases a healing frequency.  This will be served together with an oyster-fermented Kimchee, wrapped and dipped in crushed wild sesame seeds.  As accompaniments, we will have soaked brown rice with a variety of traditional Korean side dishes.

The restaurant owner will have some traditional Korean foods available for sale, including the oyster-fermented Kimchee.

This will be the first event of its kind sponsored by the Pasadena Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation.  With a good turn-out and some positive feedback, we may be able to sponsor more similar events in the future.

So let's start a new trend and get together to eat some nutritious and tasty traditional food, Korean style!
